Peer-reviewed real-world evidence
A two-year real-world evidence study, observational with historical controls, found hearing preserved or improved for 75.3% of participants (N = 190) within six months of daily use. Published open access in Global Advances in Integrative Medicine and Health (March 2026).

In the clinical arena, ACEMg is pursuing the opportunity to become the default recommendation for hearing preventive care. Clinicians can measure its ongoing impact with existing tools, otoacoustic emissions and speech-in-noise testing, and the relevant conditions are coded in ICD-10 and ICD-11.
